Can I pick up my furniture?

Yes, pick up is available on request from our sydney warehouse. Please call 1800 266 440 or email sales@homeq.com.au if you would like to enquire about this option.

When will my furniture arrive?

Since we offer furniture that is in-stock as well as custom made, delivery times can vary. For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch them with 48 hours of your order, and depending on the courier service, they can take 1-5 days to arrive. Regional areas may take longer.

Our custom made orders are produced by hand and take approximately 8 weeks to produce, and 2-4 weeks to ship. Although we try our best to keep shipping times to a minimum there can sometimes be delays due to port congestion, customs, and bad weather. Once your items have reached Australia they go through customs processing and are dispatched within 24 hours of reaching our warehouse.

Who do you use to ship?

To ensure shipping costs are the lowest possible we use a mix of carriers that offer delivery nationwide. Please note: these are curbside, one-man deliveries. In certain regions we can offer white glove delivery services as well. Please call us if you would like to enquire about this option.

Is the shipping insured?

Yes, for your peace of mind we send every item with insured shipping inclusive. In the unlikely event of shipping-related damage we are able to quickly resolve any problems.
