Can I pick up my furniture?
At the moment we do not have a capacity for pickups due to OH&S reasons and our public liability insurance not covering accidents with customers picking up goods.

Do you provide insurance?
All of our shipping quotes include insurance for your peace of mind. This way, in the unlikely event of a problem, we can work towards a fast resolution.

How much is shipping?
Under the “Add to cart” button you will see a shipping calculator. Simply enter your postcode and you will get an approximate shipping cost.

When will my furniture arrive?
Since we offer furniture that is in-stock as well as custom made, delivery times can vary. For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch them with 48 hours of your order, and depending on the courier service, they can take 1-5 days to arrive. Regional areas may take longer.
Our custom made orders are produced by hand and take approximately 4 weeks to produce, and 2-4 weeks to ship.

Who do you use to ship?
To ensure shipping costs are the lowest possible we use a mix of carriers that offer delivery nationwide. Some of the carriers include Allied Express, Hunter Express, and Australian Air Express. For Sydney customers can offer a home installation service.
